Job Duties

• Adhere to Office of Cannabis Management regulations and follow Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment and follow strict hygienic practices while packing raw materials into finished bags.
• Maintain accurate records of Lot/Batch codes moving raw material into bags and labeling each SKU with correct Lot/Batch code.
• Work with the Heat Tunnel Machine and Heat Sealing Machine.
• Pack finished goods into boxes with respective Lot/Batch Numbers to store in warehouse.
• Accurately log all packing processes and movement of raw material to warehouse.
• Responsible for gathering pickups and delivery, and tracking Lot/Batch’s in and Lot/Batch’s out.
• Perform routine inventory counts and inspection, ensuring product stock is accurate, organized and in compliance.
• Work with managers and other team members to complete daily tasks.
• Contribute to the clean up/breakdown of the kitchen and packing area daily.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in working in warehouses or commercial kitchens greatly preferred
• Ability to engage with a wide range of personalities and experience levels
• Attention to detail and a commitment to process
• Ability to adhere to all Office of Cannabis Management regulations and company SOPs
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel daily in that include concrete or other hard-surface floors
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 30 pounds multiple times daily

Wage Transparency

The base pay for this position is $18.00/hour.
