In this commercial kitchen & manufacturing role, you will work under our Head Chef and alongside a team of exceptional cooks to produce our industry-leading product lines.

Job Duties

• Adhere to Office of Cannabis Management regulations and follow Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) at all times.
• Understand, follow, and enforce basic kitchen safety protocols at all times.
• Strictly follow standardized recipes, processes, and procedures.
• Work with commercial kitchen machinery, stoves, ovens, and hot sugar mixers.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment and follow strict hygienic practices.
• Maintain accurate records of Lot/Batch codes moving raw material into finished production.
• Contribute to packing products, including logging the transfer of packed materials to warehouse when necessary.
• Work with managers and other team members to complete daily tasks.
• Contribute to the clean up/breakdown of the kitchen and packing area daily.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in commercial or restaurant kitchens
• Ability to engage with a wide range of personalities and experience levels
• Attention to detail and a commitment to process
• Ability to adhere to all Office of Cannabis Management regulations and company SOPs
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel daily in that include concrete or other hard-surface floors
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily

Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is $18.00- $22.00/hour.
